The first phase is to locate producers who wish to be a part of this exciting new program. Consider True North TV to be a hybrid Public Access Medium. Meaning that your Produced materials belong to you in copyright. We are merely providing the path for your vehicle to traverse on. The next phase of the project will be to implement a membership. Members will get free access to archived video. There will also be video on demand for non members. The Continuous Broadcast Feed on the Main Page will always be on for free.
